This is what you will see if you have not opened outlook express before.  In the field provided you will need to type in your  REAL name.  When you have done so, click on the "Next" button in the lower part of the window.

In this window you will need to now type in your full e-mail address.  It would be something like johnsmith@auis.net.
When you have finished typing that in, click the "Next" button.

Now, you will have this window for entering the e-mail server names.  In both fields you will want to type in mail.auis.net.
Then Click the "Next" button.

In this window you will need to type in your e-mail user name in the field labeled Account name.  You will then type in your e-mail password in the field labeled Password.  When you have completed this click th "Next" button.

Now you have successfully set up your Access Unlimited e-mail.  Click the finish button to finalize the account settings.
