Cleaning Up Email Before Forwarding

You know how annoying it is to receive an email message that has been forwarded over and over again, and you have to scroll and scroll before you get to the actual message. This document will show you what to do if you would like to get rid of all of those other email addresses before you send this on to all of your contacts.

You can even clean up the Subject line, if you wish.

You can now address this message to everyone that you wish to send it to, then click the "Send" button.

REMEMBER: YOU MUST CLICK FORWARD (OR REPLY) BEFORE DELETING ANYTHING OR YOU WILL DELETE THE ENTIRE MESSAGE FROM YOUR INBOX.
